– When will my order ship?
Your order will be dispatched as soon as payment has been processed, usually within 48 hours, except for orders received on Fridays which will be processed the following Monday. Custom made and personalized orders take longer and you will be advised of this when ordering. Usually it’s an additional 5-10 days. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with expected arrival date.
– How long will shipping take?
All orders are sent via An Post, Ireland’s national postal service which is very reliable.
Shipping from Ireland:
To Ireland: 1-2 working days
To USA and Canada on average takes 7-10 working days. On a very rare occasion local customs can slow things down.
To UK and Rest of Europe: average 3-4 working days
To Rest of the World: Contact me for details.
If you wish your item to be sent by registered post or express post with tracking number please contact me on my contact page before placing your order as I will have to charge extra for that.
– How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be carefully packaged in a gift box and tissue with pretty ribbon or gift wrapped in a pretty black organza drawstring pouch whichever is listed. If your purchase is a gift and you wish me to include a personal note from you to the giftee, or to add gift receipt then just let me know when ordering and I can do this for you. Your purchase is then placed inside a padded Jiffy bag envelope (often recycled) and posted!

Returns – What if I’m not happy with my order?

Can I return my order?

I understand that purchasing online can be difficult so if for any reason you are not satisfied with the jewellery you have ordered you may return it within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt. Jewellery must be in original condition. I am happy to offer you an exchange for the amount charged or a full refund if you prefer. Sorry but I cannot offer a refund for the return shipping cost. Please contact me before sending back unwanted or faulty items to see what we can work out: refund or exchange. Lastly, I recommend that if returning unwanted items you obtain proof of postage.

– Are there any exceptions to returns?
Yes – custom made and personalized orders are final sale only but don’t worry I will send you a photo of your order before posting so you can be sure you are happy with the order beforehand.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept Paypal and most major credit cards. Remember you don’t have to have a Paypal account to pay by Paypal – you can pay using your credit card without registering with Paypal – contact me if you are having any difficulties.
