Returns – What if I’m not happy with my order?

Can I return my order?

I understand that sometimes purchasing online can be difficult so if for any reason you are not satisfied with the jewellery you have ordered you may return it within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt. Jewellery must be in original condition. I am happy to offer you an exchange for the amount charged or a full refund if you prefer. Sorry but I cannot offer a refund for the return shipping cost. Please contact me before sending back unwanted or faulty items to see what we can work out: refund or exchange. Lastly, I recommend that if returning unwanted items you obtain proof of postage.

– Are there any exceptions to returns?
Yes – custom made and personalized orders are final sale only but don’t worry I will send you a photo of your order before posting so you can be sure you are happy with the order before paying.
